SUPER MAXBIT

Multifunctional simultaneous casing drilling system that realizes stable drilling with less hole bending by 2 to 3 blades installed at the tip of the device.

The SUPER MAXBIT, which features a bit head positioned at the tip of the device that can expand or contract in bit diameter by rotating it forward or in reverse, allows for stable excavation in any collapsible ground by following the casing.

Features

SUPER MAXBIT

The SUPER MAXBIT gives stability when drilling collapsing overburden formations.
This is an advanced technology compared to the other eccentric drilling methods. It consists of two to three wings connected to the Down The Hole Hammer. The bit wings can be opened/retracted in forward/backward rotation.
Drilling and casing installation are possible simultaneously with the use of a casing shoe.
The SUPER MAXBIT has a following advantages:

・High-speed drilling similar to a standard DTH bit.
・Straight hole drilling.
・Uniform rotation while drilling of boulders, sand and gravel.
・Reliability of extending and retracting proven by customer experiences.

SUPER MAXBIT G-MOGEL

The SUPER MAXBIT G-MOGEL is equipped with two or three wings on the same body as the SUPER MAXBIT, and the tungsten carbide tips mounted on the device deliver excellent drilling performance in hard rock formations.
In addition, the bit head features an independent opening/closing and diameter-reducing mechanism, enabling easy and stable reaming operations.
The design also allows for a large reaming diameter, making it suitable for use with thick-walled steel pipes.

Applications

SUPER MAXBIT is designed for drilling through overburden layers, including gravel, clay, sand mixtures, and boulders.
The Casing Advanced System is used for various applications when combined with an appropriate drill rig and either DTH hammers or top hammers.

Water Well

Drilling water wells down to 50-250m in depth.

Piling

Casing pipes are driven simultaneously while drilling through the collapsing overburden. After that, H‑steel beams are installed, and then the casing pipes are pulled out.
